FAQ – Screening Premieres with Mohsen Namjoo

I never received a ticket in my email – what should I do?
First, be sure to check your spam and promotions folders to make sure it did not get stuck in there. The email would have come from “hannah@matsonfilms.com” and will say either “Your Radio Dreams tickets and receipt from [Date]” or “Your Matson Films order receipt from [Date]”.
Second, be sure you are checking the email inbox for the email address that is associated with your Paypal account or the Matson Films website. The purchase receipt will be emailed to the email associated with your Paypal account.
Remember: The theater will have a list of names on the evening of the event, so as long as you bring confirmation that you purchased a ticket, you will be all set!

I checked my spam folder and I still cannot find an email confirmation – what do I do now?
If your credit card statement shows that you purchased the ticket, please email info@matsonfilms.com so that we can look up your order in the system and resend a confirmation email / ensure that your name is on the list of attendees.

What do I bring to the screening on the night of the event?
Please bring with you: 1. Confirmation of your purchase with either of the receipt emails received (can be either the email from Paypal or from Matson Films) and 2. Your ID so that you can present it to the box office.
The theater box office will have a list of all ticket purchasers on-hand as backup, but do not rely on being able to get in without your purchase confirmation.

I want more tickets – can I purchase them at the theater?
Unfortunately, tickets to these special event Q&As with Mohsen Namjoo cannot be purchased at the theater. Additional tickets will not be available on the night-of the event at the theater, so you will need to purchase them through the Matson Films website in advance. Please be sure to make this clear to any friends or family members who are also interested in attending. These screenings have a limited number of tickets, and therefore they must be purchased in advance.

I want a refund – is that possible?
Given that we are ticketing for outside events, like many other event companies, we are unable to provide a refund in most cases. You can read our terms and conditions when purchasing your ticket for more specific information.

I would like to purchase tickets for other screenings at the theater, and you only have one showtime listed for the Mohsen Namjoo event – where can I find other showtimes?
Visit the list of theaters on the film’s website to find other showtimes: www.radiodreamsthemovie.com/tour. Under each location there will be a link for tickets to the week of screenings and a special ticket link to the Mohsen Namjoo event. Simply click on the ticket link for the week of screenings to see other showtimes.
